Case History- Zakhro travelled to Delhi, for her seizer (epilepsy) treatment. She was suffering from epilepsy disorder which has severely affected her. This disease was diagnosed age of 2 year. In search of better treatment family decided to travelled to India.

Pre-arrival Plan- Zakhro family member has contacted us through our Uzbek associate who referred Zakhri to us to manage her medical travel to India. We had shared the medical reports to Dr.Rajnish Kumar, Sr consultant Neurology department. We completed all steps, visa process for medical travel plan. Hotel was booked as per the budget.

On Arrival Services- She arrived with her parents; she has been received, by our team. Shifted to pre-booked hotel.

Treatment Plan -We took her to Dr. Rajnish, after detailed assessment and investigations; she was diagnosed arachnoid cyst in left frontal-temporal area. We came to know that is was inoperable. So doctors had advised us to follow medical management.

She underwent various neurological investigations (EEG, MRI etc.).  Dr. had advised her medical management, she was doing well after treatment. After, almost 15 days of total stay in India, she went back to Uzbekistan.

Follow-up:- We did follow-up as per the need of patient, after 6 month her MRI and few basic test were required and other basic investigations was shown Doctor.
