He is recognized for pioneering the first Robotic Renal Transplant Recipient Surgery in the region. A specialist in minimally invasive techniques, he has been at the forefront of the robotic revolution in India since 2006. • International Robotic Mastery: Dr. Ghosh underwent specialized training at the prestigious Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York. • Pioneer of Robotic Transplantation: He led the team that performed the first robotic-assisted kidney transplant in North India. This technique allows for sub-millimeter precision in vascular connections, significantly reducing the risk of complications compared to traditional open surgery.
