Case History- Mrs. Nur Yusuf Musa accompanying with her daughters from Kenya, under-went successful angioplasty under Dr. Sanjeev Gera, Associate Director & HOD Non-Invasive department of Cardiology, BL Kapoor Super-speciality, New Delhi.

Mrs. Nur had history of heart attacks and severe compromised kidney functions, was suffering from breathlessness, weakness and chest pain etc. In a very short span of time her health deteriorated, which led an urgent medical attention to save her life. She even had heart attack in during treatment in Delhi, but we shifted her immediately in hospital emergency department in very short time, was able to manage to admit for further treatment.

Pre-Arrival Plan- Her family members started to search the best possible cardiologist in India. During search she had been advised to contact Humane Medical Assistance through our Kenyan associate. We, Humane Team, initiated her medical trip plan.

Her family members had shared her medical reports and clinical summary. After discussing the case with Dr. Sanjeev Gera We got tentative treatment plan and quotation for surgery. We share the same plan with family members and she decided to travel to BL Kapoor Hospital. Kenyan government has partially sponsored her medical trip.

Humane Team assisted him in arranging Visa Invitation Letter and managed further travel plan.

Treatment Plan- She arrived to Delhi airport with her daughters and picked-up well by our Patient Care Executive and taken to the hospital as per the plan. Appointment was scheduled with Dr Gera. After detailed assessment and tests, Angioplasty was planned Surgery was performed successfully and patient was discharged in stable condition. After, 10 days of follow he went back to Kenya.

We thanks to our Kenyan associate for their continuous support.
